It´s true. It´s the solution to finish with the hunger in the world. They learn to grew with new advance to get a productive agriculture.The goverments must give money to poor countries to develope their economies.

but if what we have to comment is the chinese proverb, in agreement with it the governments do not have to make so much efforts in give the poor countries food or theese type of things, it is better to teach them or give them the way of produce their own food or vacines. and not to waste so much money in things that only will solutione the problem for a few time

Well, I think that education has to teach us how we can acting in academic and personality troubles, because in the future we wont have someone who says to us what we have to do.

I think that education it's very important because it gives you everything that you will need in the future and gives you a lot of opportunities. About the chinese proverb, in think that it show us that we have to learn how to do things by ourselves, so in the future we could manage to do that things alone.
